At Sarah Leask Studio MY customers are MY number one priority! I want our customers to love their products as much as I love making them.

I aim to deliver your parcel ASAP but it can take up to 3 working days to process your order ready for delivery. Your order will be delivered to you by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, as standard. Please see options for upgrading delivery and choose accordingly.

Returns / Exchanges

I will accept returns and exchanges - please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations but please do contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
